What if… we had a shop?

Cambridge Doughnut Economics Action Group (CamDEAG) are working with Transition Cambridge, Cambridge Carbon Footprint and other many other community groups on an exciting project in the Cambridge city centre, with support from Cambridge City Council. Taking inspiration from Camden’s “Think and Do” shop, we will collectively occupy an otherwise empty commercial space that will act as a drop-in information centre, and also provide a venue for workshops, repair cafés, imagination and essential connecting conversations.

Find out more about the concept and how it worked for Kentish Town, Transition New Mills and Ealing Transition: Thinking big…rethink the future.

Here is a cheatsheet for the project, and how you and your organisation may get involved.

In particular, do you have any leads or suggestions for the space? Contact the What If…Cambridge team.
